We're here to make returns as simple as possible :)
We will accept returns that are posted within 14 days of your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it left our headquarters. Intimate or sanitary goods (such as pads) are unable to be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you'd like to exchange an item, we can do that too! You have a couple of options:
- Exchange for another product, or
- Exchange for a store credit.
We will do our best to meet your needs, however due to the unique, handmade nature of our goods we may need to offer you a store credit in place of your original item.
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to discuss options :)
If you opt for a store credit, we will send you a unique voucher code once we receive your returned item.
If you marked the item as a gift at checkout, and asked us to ship it directly to the lucky recipient, the recipient is able to receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate will be mailed directly to the gift recipient.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If you're wanting to return your item, get in touch with us! We will give you the return address then it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging a product, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
